1. Booking/Taking Delivery of Bikes

In this section you will information on how and where you can Book/Take Delivery of Bikes.

  • Negotiations does not mean booking.
  • Photocopy of first & last page of passport is required with one Photograph for getting proposals.
  • For getting proposals you may send the mail to info@bikesonrental.in.
  • Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only ) as advance deposit per machine is required for bookings..
  • Delivery of bikes will be given EXCLUSIVELY, when all the required documents are produced, including original passport, original driving licence, one cheque of equivalent amount, full rent in advance.
  • Producing the documents is responsibility of Biker/Client, failing which bikes will not be delivered & client will have to pay the total rent , which will be deducted from the advance deposit.
  • Company holds the right to cancel the bookings any time without assigning any reasons..

2. Return/Giving Back Delivery of Bikes

  • All the bikes must be returned between 09.00Am till 06.00PM.
  • Bikes being returned at other than office hours needs to schedule an appointment 24 hours in advance.
  • In case bike is damaged OR meets an accident, Rs. 2500/- (Rs. Two Thousand Five Hundred Only ) will be deducted as depreciation charges.
  • Charges for Damaged bikes taken to the authorized service station is Rs. 500/- per bike.
  • Bikes damaged will be repaired only at authorized service centre & client is liable to pay total cost.
  • In case there is confirmed booking of the bike for next day, and could not be delivered to the next client for being damaged/accident, client will have to bear the cost for any losses .
  • Late return deliveries EXCLUSIVELY with prior appointment to be scheduled minimum 24 hours before, failing which delivery will be taken only the next day.
